At Durango Integrative Medicine, our Integrative Concierge Membership offers a more personalized approach to healthcare—combining conventional family medicine, integrative medicine, and osteopathic principles in a membership-based model.
Rather than rushed appointments and fragmented care, members enjoy direct access to their physician, longer visits, and a trusted partner who understands their health history, goals, and the bigger picture of their wellbeing.
This membership is ideal for individuals and families seeking thoughtful preventive care, chronic disease management, hormone support, and a more holistic approach to health.
For patients working through more complex health concerns, additional integrative services and comprehensive healing programs are also available.
Membership Availability
We are not currently accepting membership patients. We plan to begin accepting a small number of membership patients again toward the end of summer.
Priority is given to family members of existing patients.

This practice blends conventional medicine with osteopathic, lifestyle, and integrative approaches to support the whole person. Care focuses not only on treating illness, but on understanding the factors that influence health and resilience—including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, relationships, hormones, and nervous system function.

While membership provides comprehensive outpatient care, it does not replace emergency services, hospitalization, specialist care, or health insurance. Most patients choose to maintain health insurance or other coverage for services outside the scope of the practice.

Medicare / Medicaid / Sliding Scale
Medicare patients receive a 25% discount on pay-per-visit services, member-rate additional visits, and osteopathic visits. Does not apply to membership fees.
Durango Integrative Medicine is not able to accept Medicaid patients due to Colorado Medicaid laws
Sliding Scale

Communication & Messaging Policy
Membership includes direct messaging access with me (the physician) directly-- no phone trees, no call center, no waiting hoping your message was received
Messaging is intended for
- Quick questions and clarification around your treatment plan
- Medication refill requests
- New focused concerns you are unsure if you need a visit for (determine if a visit is warranted)
- Updates on progress
- Simple administrative or scheduling questions
Messaging is not intended to replace office visits. For anything that needs real medical decision making we may ask you to schedule a visit (in person, Telehealth or phone call). This ensures you continue to receive high-quality care.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Life happens and we understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice and there is no charge.
Membership Cancellation & Re-Enrollment
If you ever need to step away from membership-- just give us 30 days written notice. Membership fees hold your spot on the panel and are nonrefundable once paid, however you are never "locked in" beyond 30 days.
- If you leave and wish to re-start later, you may be subject to re-enrollment fees + new intake.

Membership is not simply paying for appointment time. It is what makes it possible to build a true, lasting physician relationship.
