Upgrade Options

For patients who want deeper support, more hands-on care, or a more integrated experience

Many patients start with our Base Membership and later choose to deepen their care as their needs evolve. These upgrade options are designed for those who want more hands-on osteopathic treatment, longer visits, or a higher level of access and continuity.

Upgrades are always optional and can be discussed at any time — there is no pressure to choose more than what feels supportive and sustainable for you.

Osteopathic Membership

For patients who value regular hands-on care and nervous system support

This membership is ideal for patients who benefit from ongoing Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) as part of their wellness or healing plan.

It includes:

• A monthly osteopathic visit built into your membership

• Longer, unhurried appointments focused on whole-body alignment and nervous system regulation

• Reduced per-visit costs compared to pay-per-visit osteopathic care

• Integration of osteopathic treatment with your primary care and wellness goals

Many patients choose this option when they notice how much better they feel — physically and emotionally — with consistent hands-on care.

Concierge Membership

For patients seeking the highest level of access, continuity, and personalized care

The Concierge Membership is designed for individuals or families who want a highly personalized, relationship-based medical experience with maximum access and flexibility.

This option may include:

• Priority scheduling and extended visits

• More frequent hands-on osteopathic care as needed

• Direct access for complex or evolving health concerns

• A deeper level of integration across physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors

This tier is intentionally limited to ensure availability, presence, and depth of care.

**Concierge care is offered to a very small number of patients to preserve depth, access, and sustainability.

When the concierge panel is full, we maintain a waitlist and extend invitations as availability opens. This ensures care remains spacious, attentive, and unhurried.

We believe healthcare works best when it is proactive, relational, and grounded in trust. Many of our patients find that investing in consistent care helps them spend less time reacting to illness — and more time living well

*Osteopathic visits unused one month have a one month carry-over availability but do not accrue past that.

**Physician makes attempts to respond to patient request within 24 hrs/ reasonable time-frame but does not make promises to always be available after hours. DPC physician access is like having a doctor in the family whom you may call or text with questions and get a reasonable timed response.
