At Durango Integrative Medicine, we provide concierge-style, membership-based family medicine that blends conventional care, integrative medicine, and osteopathic healing. Patients of all ages enjoy direct access to their doctor, high-quality integrative care, and a trusted partner on their journey to lasting wellness.

Direct primary care (DPC) is the innovative solution many providers choose to remove the administrative burden associated with insurance billing so that they can focus on what is important—delivering high quality, patient-centered care at an affordable cost. Patients pay a monthly fee that covers the majority of their primary care needs—this includes access to their doctor through patient portal, phone calls, office visits and telemedicine.

DPC doctors carry a much lower number of patients enabling them to get to know each patient and their needs (rather than carrying 2000+ patients on a panel most DPC doctors carry anywhere from 250 to 600 patients)

Transparent costs
Most services are covered in the monthly subscription. Osteopathic manipulative medicine visits, labs, medications and home visits will all incur a small secondary charge which we will discuss up front prior to patients joining the membership.
*DPC allows providers to take care of most primary and urgent care needs. Occasionally patients will still need the ER or hospitalization but overall studies show these rates are decreased by better access to care and earlier intervention. Most patients pair their DPC care with a high-deductible insurance plan or a health-share to cover any needs not covered in our DPC practice.

All memberships require a one-time $150 one-time enrollment fee.
New patient appointments are 90 minutes to go over detailed functional medicine health history and get to know you well as a patient.

*Osteopathic visits unused one month have a one month carry-over availability but do not accrue past that.
**Physician makes attempts to respond to patient request within 24 hrs/ reasonable time-frame but does not make promises to always be available after hours. DPC physician access is like having a doctor in the family whom you may call or text with questions and get a reasonable timed response.
