At Durango Integrative Medicine, our Integrative Concierge Membership offers a more personalized approach to healthcare—combining conventional family medicine, integrative medicine, and osteopathic principles in a membership-based model.
Rather than rushed appointments and fragmented care, members enjoy direct access to their physician, longer visits, and a trusted partner who understands their health history, goals, and the bigger picture of their wellbeing.
This membership is ideal for individuals and families seeking thoughtful preventive care, chronic disease management, hormone support, and a more holistic approach to health.
For patients working through more complex health concerns, additional integrative services and comprehensive healing programs are also available.
Membership Availability
We are not currently accepting membership patients. We plan to begin accepting a small number of membership patients again toward the end of summer.
Priority is given to family members of existing patients.

This practice blends conventional medicine with osteopathic, lifestyle, and integrative approaches to support the whole person. Care focuses not only on treating illness, but on understanding the factors that influence health and resilience—including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, relationships, hormones, and nervous system function.

Membership is designed to create the time, space, and continuity needed for personalized healthcare. Rather than rushed visits and fragmented care, members enjoy a direct relationship with their physician, longer appointments, and a more thoughtful approach to prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing.
While membership provides comprehensive outpatient care, it does not replace emergency services, hospitalization, specialist care, or health insurance. Most patients choose to maintain health insurance or other coverage for services outside the scope of the practice.

Medicare / Medicaid / Sliding Scale
Medicare patients receive a 25% discount on pay-per-visit services, member-rate additional visits, and osteopathic visits. Does not apply to membership fees.
Durango Integrative Medicine does not accept Medicaid patients.
Sliding Scale
- 0–150% FPL: 50% discount
- 150–250% FPL: 30% discount
- 250–300% FPL: 15% discount
- Scholarship/sliding-scale panel capped at approximately 10–15 patients.
Communication & Messaging Policy
Membership includes secure messaging access directly with the physician.
Messaging is intended for
- Brief questions about an existing treatment plan
- Medication refill requests
- Clarification of recommendations previously discussed during a visit
- Updates on progress
- Simple administrative or scheduling questions
Messaging is not intended to replace office visits.
The physician may require an appointment at any time if a concern requires
- Medical decision-making
- Review of new symptoms
- Evaluation of a new medical concern
- Detailed treatment planning
- Interpretation of laboratory results
- Multiple back-and-forth communications
- Complex medication or hormone adjustments
Enhanced Messaging Access (Concierge)
Concierge members receive enhanced access and support between visits.
Enhanced messaging does not constitute unlimited physician access and does not replace scheduled visits.
The physician reserves the right to request a visit whenever clinically appropriate.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-show appointments may be billed at the full visit fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in dismissal from membership or inability to schedule future appointments.
Membership Cancellation & Re-Enrollment
Memberships may be cancelled by the patient with 30 days written notice.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Patients who cancel and later wish to return may be required to
- Pay a new enrollment fee
- Complete an updated intake process
- Join a waiting list if the practice is not accepting new members
Positioning Statement
Durango Integrative Medicine is not a volume-based medical practice.
