By combining conventional family medicine, integrative medicine, and osteopathic principles, we can look at the whole picture—where you’ve been, what’s happening now, and where you want to go.
Members receive ongoing support and direct access to a physician who knows their history, their goals, and the nuances of their health over time.

Membership is designed to support an ongoing, personalized relationship with your physician and provide continuity of care over time.
Membership includes comprehensive outpatient care but does not replace emergency care, hospitalization, specialist care, or health insurance. Most patients maintain health insurance or other coverage for services outside the practice.

Medicare / Medicaid / Sliding Scale
Medicare patients receive a 25% discount on pay-per-visit services, member-rate additional visits, and osteopathic visits. Does not apply to membership fees.
Durango Integrative Medicine is not able to accept Medicaid patients due to Colorado Medicaid laws
Sliding Scale

Communication & Messaging Policy
Membership includes direct messaging access with me (the physician) directly-- no phone trees, no call center, no waiting hoping your message was received
Messaging is intended for
- Quick questions and clarification around your treatment plan
- Medication refill requests
- New focused concerns you are unsure if you need a visit for (determine if a visit is warranted)
- Updates on progress
- Simple administrative or scheduling questions
Messaging is not intended to replace office visits. For anything that needs real medical decision making we may ask you to schedule a visit (in person, Telehealth or phone call). This ensures you continue to receive high-quality care.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Life happens and we understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice and there is no charge.
Membership Cancellation & Re-Enrollment
If you ever need to step away from membership-- just give us 30 days written notice. Membership fees hold your spot on the panel and are nonrefundable once paid, however you are never "locked in" beyond 30 days.
- If you leave and wish to re-start later, you may be subject to re-enrollment fees + new intake.
