Osteopathic Treatments
Dr. Gould offers osteopathic manipulative treatments, or OMT, to patients of all ages (newborns to elderly! OMT is the best-kept secret in medicine because it can be so profoundly healing. This hands-on approach frees up the body’s structure to help improve overall mind, body, and spiritual function. OMT addresses everything from back pain to depression and overwhelm by helping the nervous system relax, so that the body can move into a state of healing.
Integrative and Functional Medicine
Integrative medicine combines conventional medicine with the best alternative therapies and lifestyle approaches. Whether you would like to lose weight or are looking for approaches to decrease the amount of medications you are on, we are here to help! Have you ever been afraid to ask your doctor about a new supplement you’d like to try because you’re afraid you’ll be ridiculed? Curious about how acupuncture might help you but afraid to ask? Not here! Dr. Gould’s mission is to partner with her patients and help you find the right approach for YOU using ALL available tools.
Holistic Concierge Medicine
Dr. Gould is a fully licensed physician, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She provides primary care services with a holistic approach and is experienced in managing complex patient illnesses of all ages. Dr. Gould can maintain your pre-existing prescription refills and in SOME cases work with you to wean down on your medications in a safe, gentle manner. She’ll discuss all recommended conventional medical screenings and guidelines and incorporate integrative and functional medicine in your treatment plan. Primary care is offered on a membership basis. This ensures YOU receive the care you deserve (no 7 minute office visits here!). Same day and next day appointments are always available and Dr. Gould is available for after office-hours and weekend urgent questions as well as the occasional house-call. Just like the docs of old! Sports Medicine
Osteopathic manipulative medicine can be a fantastic healing or preventative tool for athletes. Dr. Gould also provides recommendations for stretching and strengthening programs, injury healing and injury prevention and does simple injections (joint and trigger point) in office.
Labs
Dr. Gould believes that obtaining blood-based biomarkers through labs can be one of the greatest tools for patients to learn about their bodies and improve their health.
Dr. Gould is happy to provide this service for healthy patients wanting to optimize their health. For a flat fee, she will order you an extensive lab panel through LabCorp, followed by a 30-minute in-office visit to collect vital signs and review your results. Codes will be provided for insurance coverage of labs if you have insurance and would like to use it, however you may find it cheaper to pay out of pocket— we recommend discussing the specific labs and coverage under your policy prior to getting this done
DISCLAIMER: if something significant shows up on your labs, Dr. Gould insists that you follow up with a medical provider, whether with her or someone else.

Pricing and Fees
Dr. Gould is an out-of-network provider, meaning she does not bill insurance directly. This model allows her to spend the time each patient deserves—providing personalized, unhurried, and comprehensive care without the constraints of insurance-based medicine. Rather than managing 100+ patients a week, Dr. Gould maintains a smaller patient panel so she can truly get to know you, understand your story, and be there when you need her. Her mission is to restore the doctor–patient relationship to one built on trust, access, and genuine connection.

Non-members are welcome to schedule visits on a pay-per-visit basis.

Integrative Healing Membership
$495/month
One-time enrollment fee: $495
For patients seeking a deeper root-cause approach to healing.
This membership is designed for individuals navigating complex or persistent health concerns such as hormone imbalance, digestive issues, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, nervous system dysregulation, or other multi-system health challenges.
Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, this level of care provides the time, continuity, and partnership necessary to understand why symptoms are occurring and to create a thoughtful path toward healing.
What Makes This Different
Healing complex conditions often requires:
• Identifying underlying drivers rather than chasing symptoms
• Looking at patterns across multiple body systems

Initial Evaluation

Pediatric
New Pediatric visit (WCC, or OMT) (<18) (up to 60 min): $295

Telehealth consults available upon request for patients who do not live locally (must be in CO)
*Office policy for messaging: Direct physician messaging is for membership patents only. Brief follow-up questions will be answered. Longer questions will require an office visit to be scheduled or will be billed according to time.
Integrative & Root-Cause Medicine
Some health concerns require a deeper level of investigation and care than traditional primary care visits allow.
Dr. Gould offers integrative medicine consultations for patients seeking a root-cause approach to conditions such as hormone imbalance, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, autoimmune concerns, and complex multi-system symptoms.
These visits allow time for detailed history review, advanced laboratory planning, and personalized treatment strategies.
Patients may pursue integrative care through extended consultations on a pay-per-visit basis.
For those seeking more structured support, ongoing integrative care options are available or currently being developed, including longitudinal care pathways and an integrative membership model for patients working on deeper health concerns.

Superbills and medical receipts are provided for OMM visits and consults.
This is a medical receipt that may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you would like to inquire with your insurance company for their reimbursement rate before your treatment, the medical billing codes typically used are 99205 for new patient office visits and 99214 or 99215 for follow-up office visits. OMT is billed using OMT procedure codes and varies by areas treated.
Medicare
Dr. Gould has opted out of medicare. She is still listed as an ordering physician and labs/ imaging can be covered by medicare. We do offer special office rates for medicare patients.
Medicaid
At this time the practice is UNABLE to accept medicaid patients. This is due to legal reasons and not by choice.
*Home visits are offered when needed but will have additional charge.
**A 15-minute New Patient Discovery Call is provided free of charge for all prospective patients to answer any questions and ensure you’re a good fit for the practice.
