Pricing and Fees 

Dr. Gould is an out-of-network provider, meaning she does not bill insurance directly. This model allows her to spend the time each patient deserves—providing personalized, unhurried, and comprehensive care without the constraints of insurance-based medicine. Rather than managing 100+ patients a week, Dr. Gould maintains a smaller patient panel so she can truly get to know you, understand your story, and be there when you need her. Her mission is to restore the doctor–patient relationship to one built on trust, access, and genuine connection.

Membership and Pay-Per-Visit Options

Non-members are welcome to schedule visits on a pay-per-visit basis.

For patients seeking an ongoing relationship with their physician, Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership provides greater continuity, access, and value.

Membership benefits include:

• Direct communication with Dr. Gould via secure message or text for primary care questions
• Priority scheduling and same- or next-day appointments when available
• Longer, relationship-based visits
• Discounts on supplements and osteopathic treatments

Imagine your child wakes up sick and you’re unsure whether they need to be seen—you can simply message your doctor for guidance and receive timely advice. In addition to conventional medical care, Dr. Gould can offer thoughtful guidance around supportive therapies, including herbs and supplements that may help your child recover safely.

That’s the Direct Primary Care model in action.

Direct Primary Care focuses on ongoing primary care, including preventive care, acute illness, chronic disease management, medication management, and basic laboratory ordering and review. Dr. Gould does include hormone therapy in base membership as well, though there may be additional fees for functional labs and interpretations.

More in-depth integrative or root-cause evaluations—such as complex laboratory interpretation, detailed treatment planning, or comprehensive functional medicine work—are offered through separate consultation visits or integrative care programs.

Dr. Gould’s fees reflect her extensive training in integrative, functional, and osteopathic medicine, bringing a broader lens to primary care and supporting patients in moving from reactive “sick care” toward sustained wellness.

Superbills and medical receipts are provided for OMM visits and consults.

This is a medical receipt that may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have an HMO plan you will likely not be reimbursed. If you would like to inquire with your insurance company for their reimbursement rate before your treatment, the medical billing codes typically used are 99205 for new patient office visits and 99214 or 99215 for follow-up office visits.  OMT is billed using OMT procedure codes and varies by areas treated.

Medicare

Dr. Gould has opted out of medicare. She is still listed as an ordering physician and labs/ imaging can be covered by medicare. We do offer special office rates for medicare patients.

Dr. Gould may be accepting medicaid in the future—please check back.

*Home visits are offered when needed but will have additional charge for members. Osteopathy is incorporated into primary care in many visits without additional charge— for example if you have a sinus infection you will receive proper treatment medically but also will have a quick treatment to open lymphatics and encourage drainage. Osteopathic only appointments do have an additional fee (members pay $150 for full OMM visits)
