Osteopathic Treatments
Dr. Gould offers osteopathic manipulative treatments, or OMT, to patients of all ages (newborns to elderly! OMT is the best-kept secret in medicine because it can be so profoundly healing. This hands-on approach frees up the body’s structure to help improve overall mind, body, and spiritual function. OMT addresses everything from back pain to depression and overwhelm by helping the nervous system relax, so that the body can move into a state of healing.
Integrative Medicine
Integrative medicine combines conventional medicine with the best alternative therapies and lifestyle approaches. Whether you would like to lose weight or are looking for approaches to decrease the amount of medications you are on, we are here to help! Have you ever been afraid to ask your doctor about a new supplement you’d like to try because you’re afraid you’ll be ridiculed? Curious about how acupuncture might help you but afraid to ask? Not here! Dr. Gould’s mission is to partner with her patients and help you find the right approach for YOU using ALL available tools.
Primary Care Medicine
Dr. Gould is a fully licensed physician, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She provides primary care services with a holistic approach and is experienced in managing complex patient illnesses of all ages. Dr. Gould can maintain your pre-existing prescription refills and in SOME cases work with you to wean down on your medications in a safe, gentle manner. She’ll discuss all recommended conventional medical screenings and guidelines and incorporate integrative and functional medicine in your treatment plan. Primary care is offered on a membership basis. This ensures YOU receive the care you deserve (no 7 minute office visits here!). Same day and next day appointments are always available and Dr. Gould is available for after office-hours and weekend urgent questions as well as the occasional house-call. Just like the docs of old!
Sports Medicine
Osteopathic manipulative medicine can be a fantastic healing or preventative tool for athletes. Dr. Gould also provides recommendations for stretching and strengthening programs, injury healing and injury prevention and does simple injections (joint and trigger point) in office. All of this is included for members. Non-members inquire about pricing.
Labs
Dr. Gould believes that obtaining blood-based biomarkers through labs can be one of the greatest tools for patients to learn about their bodies and improve their health.
Dr. Gould is happy to provide this service for healthy patients wanting to optimize their health. For a flat fee, she will order you an extensive lab panel through LabCorp, followed by a 30-minute in-office visit to collect vital signs and review your results. Codes will be provided for insurance coverage of labs if you have insurance and would like to use it, however you may find it cheaper to pay out of pocket— we recommend discussing the specific labs and coverage under your policy prior to getting this done
DISCLAIMER: if something significant shows up on your labs, Dr. Gould insists that you follow up with a medical provider, whether with her or someone else.

Pricing and Fees
Dr. Gould is an out-of-network provider. This means that no billing of insurance will occur. This enables Dr. Gould to spend the time she needs with patients— Dr. Gould is not interested in seeing 100+ patients a week that contracting with insurance would require. This allows her to truly get to know her patients and to be there when you need her. She is on a mission to restore the doctor-patient relationships of old.
Superbills and medical receipts are provided for OMM visits for members and for all visits for non-members.
This is a medical receipt that may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have an HMO plan you will likely not be reimbursed. If you would like to inquire with your insurance company for their reimbursement rate before your treatment, the medical billing codes typically used are 99205 for new patient office visits and 99214 or 99215 for follow-up office visits.
Medicare and Medicaid
Currently if you have these insurances you cannot be seen. After much research Dr. Gould has opted out of medicare however you may enroll as a member to have much of your medical care taken care of. OMM only is offered at a special rate for medicare patients. Dr. Gould will eventually be taking a small amount of medicaid patients. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list if you have these insurances to be contacted when we are ready to see you please contact the office.
PRICES:
Memberships for all ages and stages:
Adults (18-64): $85/month
Child (0-17): $65/month ($50/month if with parent member)
Adult 65+: $120/month
Mom & Baby: $340/ month; with home visits
includes home visits and OMM to support postpartum healing, nursing or feeding and common newborn issues.
Non—member pricing for consult services (OMT and or integrative medicine only):
New patient adult (75-90 minute appointment): $350
New patient pediatric (<18) (60 minutes): $250
Follow up visits range in prices depending on time and what is done
Healthy patient full-lab panel with 30-minute follow-up: $195 (non-member; this is included for members)
*Home visits are offered when needed but will have additional charge for members. Osteopathy is incorporated into primary care in many visits for free— for example if you have a sinus infection you will receive proper treatment medically but also will have a quick treatment to open lymphatics and encourage drainage. Osteopathic only appointments do have an additional fee but is much cheaper for members than non-members.
**A 5–10-minute New Patient Discovery Call is provided free of charge for all prospective patients to answer any questions and ensure you’re a good fit for the practice. Please check the website and FAQs prior to this call as many questions have already been answered. We have a STRICT cut-off time of 10 minutes.
